IMG and Marsh U.S. Consumer Announce Marketing Agreement

IMG announced today that it has entered into a national marketing agreement wherein Marsh U.S. Consumer, a service of Seabury & Smith, Inc. (Marsh) will market IMG’s international insurance products under the GatewaySM brand name.

Under the terms of the agreement, Marsh has private-labeled IMG’s Patriot Travel Medical Insurance® and Patriot Group Travel Medical Insurance® products under the names GatewaySM and Gateway GroupSM.  These products provide short-term international medical coverage for individuals, groups and families traveling abroad.  Marsh also offers several other products from IMG’s portfolio.  Each one provides unique, innovative international benefits not found on standard domestic health plans.  In addition to the highly competitive premiums, insureds have access to multiple international service and assistance centers, multilingual customer service professionals and claim administrators who process claims from all over the world handling virtually every language and currency, and 24-hour access to highly qualified coordinators of emergency medical services and treatment.  Additionally when seeking treatment outside the U.S., insureds have access to more than 17,000 accomplished physicians and facilities through IMG’s proprietary International Provider AccessSM (IPA).
