You can search the independent U.S. Preferred Provider Organization network for a doctor or hospital, find a form, view your plan description, update personal information and initiate pre-certification or renewal of your coverage.  In addition, you can search a database of international doctors and hospitals by country, physician and/or specialty.

New Tribes Mission PPO Network Search If you are a member of New Tribes Mission, please click the above link to search for a medical provider within the UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus PPO Network. If you are uncertain of your membership, you may refer to your medical ID card which will indicate your plan choice.

PPO Network Search (U.S. Only, In-network discount may apply) The IMG PPO network is organized and administered by The First Health Network. To search for a medical care provider within the independent Preferred Provider Organization network, simply click the title above. The PPO directory is updated on a routine basis, however, changes may be made between updates. To ensure that the physician you have selected is in the network, please contact the physician's office to confirm his/her participation.  You may also be eligible for a discount on your deductible and coinsurance if you use the PPO network.

International Provider AccessSM Search our International Provider Access database for medical, dental and other care providers by facility, country, city, physician and specialty throughout the world.  The care providers contained in this database are not within the PPO network administered by the First Health Network.
