IMG Cares
Through the IMG Cares program, we encourage our employees to give back to the communities in which they work and live. The program provides each regular, full-time employee eight hours of paid time off per year to volunteer during the workweek. Over the course of the program, IMG has served more than 100 organizations, logged more than 5,000 volunteer hours and raised more than $20,000 for various charities. We are proud of the work our employees do — both in the office and outside of it — to live out our mission to “be there to protect and enhance the health and well-being of our constituents.”
