Patriot Travel Medical Insurance w/ Adventure Sports Rider
Temporary health insurance for adventurous individuals and families
Effective September 12th, 2018, Patriot Adventure has been discontinued. We apologize for this inconvenience.
For a plan with the same benefits, we recommend purchasing Patriot Travel Medical Insurance with the Adventure Sports Rider . You may add the Adventure Sports Rider option at the top of the second page of the purchase application.
