Responsibilities:
This is a position for an experienced medical claims examiner.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a medical claims processor, with demonstrated command of ICD-9, CPT coding and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are required. We operate in a fast paced environment in which each individual must be able to manage their workload with minimum supervision. Experience with a document imaging system would be preferred. Bilingual capabilities would be advantageous.

Position Title:
Nurse Case Manager
Department:

Responsibilities:
This position's responsibilities will be to provide telephonic precertification and case management to our domestic as well as our international insureds. This position will also coordinate medical evacuations for our insureds living or traveling around the world.
Qualifications:
Requirements include: previous experience in case management, managed care, disability management or a strong clinical background; RN license; excellent interpersonal skills; strong organizational abilities; and proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and various other computer data entry systems. We also prefer any second language skills, especially Spanish-speaking, but this is not a requirement. No travel required.
