Getting Started

IMG is the claims administrator for your insurance company and will be handling all correspondence during your claims process. Before we begin, please verify you have the following items to help expedite your claim.

Expenses

Make sure you total all claimed expenses including any refunds or credits you have or may be receiving. This is also a good time to review your policy wording to verify if these will be covered under your plan.

Documents

The more documentation the better! You should retrieve ALL items related to your claim. These would include any receipts, statements, confirmation emails, etc. to view the full list of required documents.

A Few Minutes

Filing your claim should only take a few minutes. If it takes a bit longer, feel free to grab a cup of tea or your favorite beverage. Our customer care team is also available if you have questions or need any assistance.
