Position Title: Call Center Representative
Department: Customer Service
Responsibilities: A Call Center Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound calls while providing efficient and timely responses to insured and medical provider inquiries regarding benefits, claims status, certificate coverages and procedures.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills refined while working in a call center environment. Experience with and understanding of medical terminology is essential. Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills are required. The environment is highly automated, so the candidate must be proficient with window's based applications. Bi-lingual skills are required for this position. The hours for this position are 9 AM until 6 PM Monday through Friday.

Position Title: Sales Service and Support Representative
Department: International Sales
Responsibilities: The International Sales Department currently has a career opening for a "Sales Service and Support Representative". The successful candidate will provide a proven track record in the customer service field, combined with the ability to work in an independent environment. This position’s responsibilities include: · Acceptance of in-bound calls from insurance producers, potential clients and covered insureds · Assisting in the sales service support of a specific sales channel, product line or large agreement. · Conducting out-bound calls in the follow–up of sales service matters · Participating in special sales/incentive programs
Qualifications: Requirements include call center, customer service and or insurance experience. Basic computer skills and the ability to communicate in a clear, understandable and professional demeanor. Bi-lingual skills(Spanish or other language)are preferred for this position.

Position Title: International Claims Examiner
Department: Claims
Responsibilities: This is a position for an experienced medical claims examiner.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience as a medical claims processor, with demonstrated command of ICD-9, CPT coding and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task are required. We operate in a fast paced environment in which each individual must be able to manage their workload with minimum supervision. Experience with a document imaging system would be preferred. Bilingual capabilities would be advantageous.
