Position Title: Intake Coordinator
Department: ACM
Responsibilities: Core responsiblities for this position will include; working in ACD Queue, providing strong customer service, starting precertification requests, working with Case Managers to assist with completion of precertifications, and communicating with physician offices , providers and insureds via telephone and email.
Qualifications: The selected candidate will have 2+ years of customer service experience, strong written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency including Word/Excel/Outlook and the internet. An understanding of medical terminology would be a tremendous advantage.

Position Title: Key Account Development Specialist
Department: International Marketing
Responsibilities: The marketing department currently has a career opening for an “Key Account Development Specialist”. The successful candidate will provide a proven track record in the insurance industry combined with the ability to work in an independent environment. This position’s responsibilities include: • Identify and develop large key brokerage distribution channel • Develop Group sales opportunities both domestically in the United States and or worldwide • Train and educate producers by acting as a consultant in the sales and marketing of products • Cultivate long-term account relationships
Qualifications: The successful candidate will provide a proven track record in the insurance industry combined with the ability to work in an independent environment. Requirements include a valid Indiana Insurance license or the ability to pass the Indiana Licensing exam. A college degree is preferred, but is not required. Bi-lingual capabilities are a plus. Position Title: Vice President Chief Actuary
Department: Executives
Responsibilities: This position will report directly to the President of the Company and will be responsible for development of reserving, product pricing, modeling, IBNR development, and risk assessment policy. Responsibilities will include reviewing and adjusting rating manuals, claim development and trend analysis, reporting and analysis of the company’s reserves, product pricing development (including product modification pricing), and over-all management of the companies risk selection/retention and policies and procedures.
Qualifications: The selected candidate must have either an ASA or FSA Designation along with 3-5 years of Health Actuarial experience. Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to work with underwriting departments to develop and refine risk selection procedures are required. In addition, the preferred candidate will need to be able to work effectively with information systems to develop and enhance data collection and reporting systems.
