International Medical Group Launches Redesigned Website

New imglobal.com Provides Simple, Personalized Experience

INDIANAPOLIS (April 4, 2017) — International Medical Group® (IMG®), a leader in global benefits and assistance services, has unveiled a new, redesigned version of its website, imglobal.com.

Key features of the site include:

  • A more engaging user experience with intuitive, streamlined navigation
  • Enhanced functionality that makes purchasing a plan even easier
  • A new look and feel that reflects the IMG brand

“We listened closely to feedback from thousands of members and have dramatically increased the value we provide visitors on imglobal.com,” said IMG Chief Revenue Officer Craig Peters. “Our website now provides a simple, personalized experience for all visitors — whether they are health care providers, producers, members or prospective customers in search of plan options and helpful resources.”

The website also features IMG’s new blog, Global Connect, which offers insightful information and tips on travel, health, tourism and insurance. The blog aims to connect travelers and expatriates with the information they need when planning an international trip or stay.

IMG will be continuing to improve the website, with enhancements to the producer portal coming soon. The company is also redesigning its member portal, MyIMGSM, which will feature improved online claims submission functionality, responsive design and a new look and feel.

“We’re confident that the new website, combined with additional upcoming improvements, will make it even easier for travelers and expats to find the coverage they need,” Peters said.
