Existing ALC Member Notice

If you have an existing ALC policy (Global Prima, ALC Prima, or Flying Colours) that was purchased prior to 1 August 2025, you must continue using the existing MyALC Member Portal for claims, policy documents, etc.

Once your policy renews (on or after 1 November 2025) you can then begin using the MyIMG Member Portal moving forward. Please note that you will not be able to create a MyIMG account until after your policy renews.


IMG Member Accounts

For ALC Prima, Global Prima, or Flying Colours policies (purchased on or after 1 August 2025) including ALL IMG Europe policies (GlobeHopper, WorldStudy, or Global Fusion/Select).

To access policy documents, submit / view claims, and more, please create a new MyIMG account or log in to your existing MyIMG account below.

ALC Members & Renewals

If you are an existing ALC customer with a Global Prima, ALC Prima, or Flying Colours policy that was purchased prior to 1 August 2025, you must use the existing MyALC Member Portal.

Please note that policies renewed on or after 1 November 2025 will then be able to access MyIMG from the date of renewal. Once your policy renews, your existing MyALC login credentials will not be accepted on MyIMG. You will be required to register a new account which will only list your latest policy renewal. Any existing policies, claims, etc., will not be available on MyIMG but can still be accessed on MyALC.

MyIMG vs MyALC - Which one should I use?

  • Policy Documents - For ALC policies purchased prior to 1 August 2025, you can access your existing policy documents, ID Cards, etc., through MyALC. Once your policy renews (on or after 1 November 2025), you can start accessing your documents on MyIMG.

  • Active Claims - If you have an active claim that has been submitted via MyALC, you must continue to use that member login until that claim is closed.

  • New Claims (Covered by ALC) - If you need to start a new claim that occurred when you were covered as an ALC customer and for dates of medical treatment prior to your renewal, you must continue to use your MyALC member login until that claim is closed.

  • New Claims / Renewals - Once your policy renews on or after 1 November 2025 you can submit and view new claims using MyIMG. For renewal information, please click here.
