Find Your PlanIf you have an existing ALC policy (Global Prima, ALC Prima, or Flying Colours) that was purchased prior to 1 August 2025, you must continue using the existing MyALC Member Portal to access your policy documents and ID cards.
Once your policy renews (on or after 1 November 2025) you can then begin using the MyIMG Member Portal moving forward. Please note that you will not be able to create a MyIMG account until after your policy renews.
For ALC Prima, Global Prima, or Flying Colours policies (purchased on or after 1 August 2025) including ALL IMG Europe policies (GlobeHopper, WorldStudy, or Global Fusion/Select).
You can access your policy documents and ID cards using the MyIMG Plan Documents page (no login required) OR by creating a new MyIMG account or logging in to your existing account below.

Please note that policies renewed on or after 1 November 2025 will then be able to access MyIMG from the date of renewal. Once your policy renews, your existing MyALC login credentials will not be accepted on MyIMG. You will be required to register a new account which will only list your latest policy renewal. Any existing policy documents will not be available on MyIMG but can still be accessed on MyALC.
Benefits are subject to exclusions and limitations and are payable only at Usual, Reasonable, and Customary charges. The plan document you receive will depend on your state of residence. For some iTravelInsured Lite, SE, LX and GT plans: This website contains highlights of the plans, which include travel insurance coverages underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company, Principal Office located in Morristown, New Jersey, under form series T7000 et. Al., T210 et. al. and TP-401 et. al. While International Medical Group (IMG), markets the travel insurance in these plans on behalf of USF, non-insurance components of the plans were added to the plans by IMG, and IMG does not receive compensation from USF for providing the non-insurance components of the plans.
The plans also contain non-insurance Travel Assistance Services provided by International Medical Group and Teladoc (Teladoc only available on iTravelInsured Choice, iTravelInsured Travel SE, and iTravelInsured Travel LX plans).
