IMG Launches New Web Site Redesign
(INDIANAPOLIS – FEBRUARY 16, 2010) – International Medical Group®, Inc. (IMG®), a driving force and leader in the international health insurance market, is proud to announce it has unveiled its new Web site redesign, www.imglobal.com. The fresh design is part of the company’s focus to provide clarity of communication and optimize the customer’s overall experience. The Web site incorporates a clean layout with well-organized information offering easy navigation.
“We are thrilled with the new look and feel of the Web site,” said Joseph Brougher, President of IMG. “We strive to continuously meet and exceed the needs of our customers by providing them with the highest international standard of service. We realize we must provide our customers a positive user experience. With a contemporary Web presence which offers improved navigation, better organization of content and current technology, we have taken the necessary steps to create a site that is a one-stop resource for our customers.”
Some features of the redesigned Web site include:
- Enhanced navigation and additional product and company information
- Ability to easily retrieve a free quote and purchase electronically
- Submenus of information and client resources that include products and services, provider searches, travel resources, downloadable forms/brochures, quick links, and frequently asked questions
- A newsroom that allows customers to stay up-to-date with company news
The launch of the new site follows a successful year for IMG. In 2009, it launched several innovative international health care plans, was named to the Inner City 100 list for a third time (a list of the fastest growing inner-city companies in America as determined by the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City and BusinessWeek SmallBiz magazine), was named a Top Workplace in Central Indiana, achieved ISO 14001:2004 certification for its Environmental Management System, and it signed a historic agreement in Ho Chi Minh City, the first between a U.S. Managing General Underwriter and a Vietnamese insurance company since the U.S. and Vietnam signed a trade agreement in 2001.
The last redesign for the site was in 2001, and according to Mr. Brougher it prepares a stepping stone for exciting opportunities in 2010.
