IMG’s 24/7 emergency evacuation, medical, travel, and security assistance services provided by our in-house, multilingual, and highly trained customer service representatives provide protection to members with a duty of care second to none. We’re committed to being there for members wherever they may be, delivering superior support and assistance in times of need.
In addition to our assistance service offerings, IMG’s trip cancellation products or employer-sponsored, leisure travel medical insurance product (PTOgo) can be sold online via API, the IMG website, employee benefit aggregators, or employer payroll deduction as a worksite benefit. White labeling and risk profile options are also available.

Medical Assistance Services
IMG’s emergency medical transport services include emergency medical evacuation, hospitalization, repatriation, and more—coordinating across borders every step of the way home. Our international teams of customer care specialists, nurses, and doctors also provide medical assistance services, such as medical advice/referrals, prescription transfers, and interpretation. And, through IMG's travel assistance services, we can help keep travelers safe, healthy, and connected through consulate/embassy location, lost luggage/document assistance, and more.
Leisure Travel Insurance Options
IMG offers a full line of travel protection plans (iTravelInsured) that provide varying levels of coverage for trip cancellation, baggage delay, trip interruption, medical benefits, and many other travel-related events and expenses. These plans were designed to protect travelers from financial losses should something bad happen before or during their trip. IMG’s employer-sponsored, leisure travel medical insurance product (PTOgo) can be offered to employees as an additional workplace benefit.
