The following is a letter from RedFX founder Kevin Tullett -

To all present and future clients, I have always believed in the need for added value products being offered by RedFX.

I stand by my mission statement of “Going Global? Let us help!” and to that end want to introduce something new. International Health Insurance.

Maybe not as exciting as FX, but similar to our solid support for FX transactions, insurance is a critical part of moving your money and yourself to the place you want to be.

To that end I have partnered RedFX with a proven firm, providing a solid platform of health and property insurance solutions - ASTTRAL International Insurance. They, in turn, have developed an insurance plan that is targeted to RedFX clients ...You

This concept is centred around the principle that all members will have an affiliation or association with a common entity, in this case - RedFX. This will be a tangible benefit for RedFX clients - you will enjoy comprehensive health coverage which is currently open only to large group plans with both competitive premium rates and solid health-cover benefits.

ASTTRAL have developed this with a proven leader in the International Health Insurance market, with global coverage - IMG.

I invite you to read more about this in the pages below. More importantly … follow the links to register and get a quote.

With Kind Regards,

Kevin Tullett MSc, Founder – RedFX

FAQs

OK – so what is an affiliation insurance plan, I already have individual insurance, what’s the difference?

Simply put we form an umbrella health and benefits plan open to all current clients, which then becomes a GROUP. As you the client are now part of a larger pool of insured people, we can offer very attractive premiums (the price) and better health benefits.  It’s all about the economy of scale!

But what about the medical networks to see my preferred doctors and when I travel internationally, who is the insurance carrier covering me?

We are working with one the largest internationally placed carriers in the industry to develop this with a huge global and local network of doctors and facilities.  In short you will be covered!

…and my family can be covered too?

Absolutely!  There will be no difference to how you are currently covered either as an individual or in a current group plan.  The BIG difference will be the level of cover we can offer and the flexibility for you to choose a plan that meets your needs both in cost and benefits, in short, it’s about providing more choices.

You mentioned groups – my company is already on a group plan. Why would I move over to your Affiliation plan?

Well, lets start by looking how LARGE your group is.  Let’s say you have 100 employees paying a certain premium cost.  Now imagine your group actually had 1,000 employees. Their rates would be far more competitive because of the volume and their benefit choices would also increase in terms offering more plan choices for each employee or class of employees, for example, executive cover versus work-force cover.

I have a pre-existing condition, I am a cancer survivor, I will probably be declined or rated up like I am now!

No, not necessarily.  You are now no longer an individually covered person per se, but part of a larger group – so your rate and risk are DILUTED by the health of the overall group members.   HOWEVER, that brings us to one very important point.   To be a viable affiliated group there has to be a large enrolment base or at least interest for us to start developing the plans and premium rates.

OK, so how easy is it get enrolled in this plan?

Everything is done online, securely, with members enrolled and provided documentation electronically.  It’s a fast, easy, process.
